That's the floor, in writing. Before an appointment counts toward your number, all five of these have to be true:

  • In your service area, verified on the survey and again on the call
  • A real replacement project, not a repair or “just getting a price”
  • Able to pay, cash or financing, confirmed on the phone
  • Exclusive to you, never shared, never resold
  • Confirmed twice: 24 hours and 3 hours before your rep arrives

Cancellations and reschedules don't count toward your number. The engagement is month to month and backed by a refundable deposit. Our retainer doesn't even start until the system has already delivered.
